  1. Hello Mohamed,

Can you please tell me if there’s a boat/ferry running from Aswan to Abu Simbel?

We would like to visit Aswan as well as the temples of Abu Simbel but can’t find a thing online about how to get there.

Looking toward to your reply. Thanks!

  3. We used Mohammed Abouda in January 2014 as the fixer to get us and our 16 year old Land cruiser from Aswan to Wadi Halfa. He was efficient and helpful and extremely kind to us. We highly recommend him.

  4. Hello Mohamed,

I was wondering if you have an email address that would be easier to converse through? I’m looking into the logistics of coming overland with a car/trailer and 4 friends from Wadi Halfa to Aswan around April 2015 and would definitely appreciate some advice/help in figuring out permits and Visas and such.

  6. Hello Mohamed. My name is Mark Collingwood and I am from London. I am cycling through Egypt and am aiming to enter Sudan via Wadi Halfa and Aswan probably on the ferry from Aswan. For visa reasons (I have a visa for Sudan) I need to enter Sudan not later than Friday 27th November. I am presently in Cairo leaving, on my bicycle (yes, I know it is a bit crazy!), on Monday 26th October. Could you please let me know if you can assist me with getting from Aswan to Wadi Hafa? And if so in what way, at what cost, etc? Could you also let me know by when I should arrive in Aswan so as to be sure I am in Wadi Halfa before the 27th November? I am very pleased to make your acquaintance and look forward to hearing from you as soon as you can (hopefully before I leave Cairo early Monday morning). Thank you very much and I look forward to meeting you in Aswan! Mark.

  7. Hi Mohammed,

I am interested in crossing the Egypt-Sudan border by boat if that is easy or by bus if there is not ferries.
Could you be so kind and to inform me how can I do?
